Sales

Goods remain the property of Powerfruits Ltd until paid for in full.
 
All prices are charged in GB Pound Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT at standard rate - 17.5%.

Goods are sold for the price displayed on the day of the sale.

The contract of sale will be made when the goods are despatched.

Shipping

Shipping costs shown are for UK customers only.

Shipping costs are charged additionally and are automatically calculated in the shopping cart based on the weight of the packaged goods. 

Orders will be despatched within 1-2 working days.  We will endeavour to despatch orders placed before 12.00 mid-day on the same day. 

If we cannot despatch an order within 5 working days we will notify you.

Non delivery of goods/damaged goods must be reported to us within 5 working days.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled without reason before goods are despatched.

Returns/Refunds/Replacements

For a full refund goods must be returned unopened with a letter stating the reason for return within 28 days.  Postage costs will not be refunded

Any goods proven to be lost in transit, faulty or damaged will be replaced.

Items damaged deliberately or by misuse will not be refunded.
